Brian is very knowledgeable in all real estate matters and really listens to
what you are looking for, doesn't try to sell just any house and makes sure you will be happy with the home you choose. As out of state buyers we could not look at every home we liked in person so he would facetime us. He knows the area well.

I found Brian online and called him. I explained that a relative had passed and the home was filled with low value items after 30 years of hoarding. I needed a company to do a whole-house clean-out that included hundreds of hardcover books and extremely heavy equipment that had sat for decades. The home had a lot of deferred maintenance to address. All of that; and I live 100 miles away.
