Furnishings available for purchase outside of escrow. There are full RV hook ups, black goes directly to septic, there is water at that spigot from the well and it is 30 amps at the box. The cabin has 2x6 framed construction, entire cabin and garage/loft is sheared and with log siding and all walls, floors and ceilings are foamed insulated. All exterior beams are 8x8, 8x10 and 8x12 rough sawn beams with hidden hangers. The beams on ceiling in lower level are 6x8 solid wood beams, not faux beams.
